hey there!! momoka-chan here^^ pup typically doesn’t try to reason with antis, but pup wanted to know, what’s the reason you dislike/hate radqueers? pup has always wanted to know!! not looking for an aggressive response, but any reason or response is fine. beings who harass you aren’t real radqueers btw!
I am going to ignore that your behavior and matter of speaking bugs me a bit when I say all this. Since this long spiel I am about to type is going to be about "trans" as a subject a lot, and I do not want to retype things I have already said, please read these as preface:
That should be all you need for a base level understanding on what I say. You should also read this long post thread, as in during it I break down the words "transgender" and "transsexual" to their affixes and explain why it invalidates "transgender" as a term and disproves any existence of a "transgender umbrella," even if "transgender" was a valid term. But to understand most of this, you will have to probably read the prior 3 linked, or at least the first.
And, to lastly, quote how I feel about paraphiles, from here:
"All paraphiles should seek psychiatric help. Paraphiles should not be encouraged to be proud of their paraphilias, or just wank it to art because its fictional. One day that fiction will not be enough, and someone WILL get hurt. Enabling harmful attractions is a very dangerous road to go down. You would see the clifftop you're about to drive off if you were paying attention to said road."
Now we can get into the meat of this.
Radqueer is a label that means radically queer, and is accepting of paraphiles and "transIDs," which you already know, I shouldn't have to explain that to you.
I am aware paraphilias are something someone cannot control, and I cannot judge someone for being a paraphile, as I do not judge people for things they cannot control. But, since there is also a thing called "paraphilic disorder," I have to break that down too. I cannot be bothered to write my own definitions here, so please bare with me as I quote Wikipedia, which describe them better than me.
1. Paraphilia
"A paraphilia is an uncommon, intense, and persistent sexual arousal or attraction to anything not sexual by nature, though substitutions of preferential for intense are favored for specific designations. It has also been defined as a sexual interest in anything other than a legally consenting human partner. Paraphilias are contrasted with normophilic ("normal") sexual interests, although the definition of what makes a sexual interest normal or atypical remains controversial."
2. Paraphilic disorder
"A paraphilic disorder is a mental disorder in which a paraphilia (sometimes called a sexual fetish or kink) involves people who do not consent, or causes marked distress which is not just due to rejection or fear of rejection, or significantly risks injury or death."
And, albeit not the same but can be related,
3. Sexual fetishism
"Sexual fetishism is a sexual fixation on anything not considered sexual by its respective nature. The object of interest is called the fetish; the person who has a fetish is a fetishist. A sexual fetish may be regarded as a mental disorder if it causes significant psychosocial distress for the person or has detrimental effects on important areas of their life. Sexual arousal from a particular body part can be further classified as partialism."
I do not consider fetishes and paraphilias the same, but they can overlap (see here, a lot of of these could be described as fetishes but a big chunk could also only be truly called paraphilias). If it can be described more majorly as a paraphilia, I describe it as a paraphilia.
Such as, the big 3. Pedophilia, zoophilia, and necrophilia. All of these are paraphilias. Rather notable (and notorious!) ones, at that. Nobody is inherently evil for having a paraphilia they didn't ask for. But acting on it, especially these 3, is bad. Very bad. There are several more harmful paraphilias, but for the sake of space, as this is already going to be a long post, I will not list them all. Just know I am also talking about those.
Everyone with a paraphilia that can be enacted in real life, and cannot be dismissed as a harmless fetish that hurts nobody, should be treated by a psychiatrist or something similar. Because they are harmful. And as I've said before...
One day that fiction will not be enough, and someone WILL get hurt.
And this is why encouraging paraphilias is so bad, as when they are prided on, can go straight into a paraphilic disorder (referring to the results in someone being harmed part. It could've already been a paraphilic disorder before, as long as it caused the host of it distress, such as a pedophile seeking treatment).
You should not encourage harmful paraphilias. You should not pride on them. You should tell everyone with any harmful paraphilia to get help. You do not hate them for their paraphilia, you hate what will happen when that paraphilia is egged on. You should not normalise any of these harmful attractions.
As I think I've gotten my point about paraphilias. Check out this penguin picture I found.
Okay, onto transIDs. Remember those posts about trans people I told you to read up there? You're going to need those for a lot of needed context on my feelings. Taking the definition from TransID.org, which is down for me at the moment...
"A TransID person is an individual who uses identities different from those assigned to them by society based on their physical appearance or bodily experiences."
And here's a quick guide on prefixes for these "IDs", stolen from @rqtransanon here.
transID - identifying as a label which doesnt correspond to your current selfOnes in blue are the most common ones, as far as I have observed.
As you would obviously guess from those posts about how I view sex and gender, transsexualism and transgenderism, you would have already correctly guessed I am not fond of transIDs, basically for the same reason I am not fond of transgenderism:
And transIDs already sprung off of the idea of transgenderism itself, and anything that springs off of transgenderism is always worse than transgenderism. It is layers of appropriating a condition people actually suffer from. You cannot just "identify" as trans. "Transgender" does not exist, your hoard of "TransIDs" do not truly exist. They are concepts people like to call themselves, but they are not real things.
You cannot change your genders, you cannot change your race, you cannot change your nationality, you can't change your ethnicity, you cannot change your age. This is what encompasses most transIDs, yet quite a few are just things like eye colour or other small things, which you can just change with cosmetics or improving your character.
Transharmful is just an excuse to harm people and call it trans. TransIDs in general are excuses to say absolute bullshit and call it trans. Because if you insult, or even simply critique, anyone, or anything called "trans," ever, you are an evil bigoted transphobe. It is a means of protection, hiding under the cloak of something you aren't. So when you get hit, they get hit too.
Also people just lie all the time about cisIDs lol. Cisangel? Sure, I bet.
Here's another penguin, I've been typing for an hour. I've put a lot of thought into this post, as I kind of need to be in depth so I can cite it at later points, and this is as civil as you will ever see me get. Any sarcasm or aggression is just a little crack in the civility I am working to maintain, as people like you mostly disgust me.
Ever heard of grooming?
Quoting Wikipedia again as it's easier to quote than to say:
"Sexual grooming is the action or behavior used to establish an emotional connection with a vulnerable person under the age of consent– and sometimes the victim's family, to lower their inhibitions with the objective of sexual abuse. It can occur in various settings, including online, in person, and through other means of communication. Children who are groomed may experience mental health issues, including 'anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and suicidal thoughts'."
I would like to also note I believe grooming can happen between adults, such as an older man preying on a younger, yet young adult, woman, but it's more associated with abuse towards children. That is the way I will be using it.
Because your community tends to have a problem with it. And by "a problem" I mean it is literally a breeding ground for pedophiles (or as you like to call them, "MAP"s, "minor-attracted person"s). A buffet of the most vulnerable, naive children you have ever seen.
To note an earlier theory, real quick.
I have seen many young teens (generally 13-16) in the Radqueer community, as I lurk it. They usually call themselves AAPs, most of the time. I have seen "transgroomed" and "transstalked" minors. It reeks of attention seeking (not in the bad way, more of the "I need comfort and my close people I know in the real world will not give it to me, and I will let someone groom me and stalk me as long as it is positive attention complimenting me" way) so bad that it's actually very sad.
And then adults encourage these minors. Most of these adults are self identified "MAP"s. You can see where this going.
No child deserves to be groomed. No child deserves to be raped. No child deserves to be stalked. Every child deserves to have a happy life.
As @einervon (hi!) said better than me, albeit more aggressive than I would say on this post specifically...
(Do not attack her.)
That should cover all of it... Though, I would like to add as a footnote, I found it quite comedic you specified the people coming after me are not real radqueers. You guys are anti-harassment, right?
Thank you for being civil instead of coming in with the horns of the bull first thing. I'm civil as long as you're civil.
